Boulevard VI, IDI’s newest mixed-use community, is coming to life on the former site of Paul VI High School in the City of Fairfax. IDI has now completed The Flats at Boulevard VI, a 137-residence condominium, connected by a variety of parks and gathering spots to The Towns (townhomes that will be constructed by NVR) and the project proposes to encompass the redeveloped of the school building plus two additional wings of retail space. The two retail sites have been purchased, and plans to begin are underway to begin construction on a Children’s Day Care & mixed retail & food establishment for the proposed delivery next year.
