IDI has entered a joint venture with Arban & Carosi to develop Belmont Logistics, a high-quality industrial warehouse distribution campus in Woodbridge, Va. The 36.6-acre site offers proximity to the core DMV region, and with its easy access to major roadways (I-95, US Route 1 & VA Route 123), this location is ideal for a variety of potential tenants and uses.
Belmont Logistics is designed to encompass three state-of-the-art warehouse facilities totaling approximately 416,000 sf of space within tilt-up concrete buildings. The redevelopment of the current site will expand setbacks from Dawson Beach Road, creating an attractive landscape buffer. The location will also offer more than 540 automobile parking spaces and over 40 trailer parking spaces to enhance the existing three building amenities.
Belmont Logistics will be developed in two phases, over a period of approximately 3 years from plan approval. Phase 1, consisting of a 111,000 sf warehouse building on 9.5 acres, commenced construction in December 2023.
